Natural Remedies for Christmas over indulgence
Due to the time of year I thought I would look at Christmas over indulgence. Most people will feel the effects of over indulgence of rich foods and alcohol. Here are some natural remedies that may just help.
Indigestion – try drinking peppermint tea, this can help calm the stomach. At the first sign of indigestion drink a glass of water, this will dilute the stomach acid.
