Natural Remedies for Christmas over indulgence
Due to the time of year I thought I would look at Christmas over indulgence. Most people will feel the effects of over indulgence of rich foods and alcohol. Here are some natural remedies that may just help.
Hangover – plenty of fluids and sleep it off are the best cure, but if this is not possible eat starchy foods such as crackers, bread, eat apples and bananas which will restore minerals and potassium. Eggs contain an amino acid that also helps combat hangovers.
