Holistic massage

The term ‘holistic’ comes from the greek word ‘holos’ which means whole. Therefore with an holistic massage you are treated as a whole person, body, mind and soul. I have been trained to understand how your body works together to maintain balance throughout it’s systems and how your body can be affected by physical, emotional and mental stress. I will use a variety of techniques to help release stress and tension held in the body. No massage will be the same as everyone has different requirements so a plan will be tailored to suit your specific needs.

What to expect from your treatment.

For your first treatment I will ask you to fill in a consultation form , this enables me to give you the most beneficial treatment for you to receive maximum benefits. There are 2 main options, full body massage or half body massage. Full body massage requires removal of all clothing except underwear. You will be covered by soft towels at all times to ensure your modesty. Half body will only require the removal of clothing for the area to be worked on. Examples of half body massages are back, neck and shoulder or feet, ankles and legs. This treatment is fully adaptable to your needs.
